Did some more work on the painting for Charlie this weekend. Charlie is the Program Director at my radio station. He commissioned me to do this painting of a famous book store in Paris: Shakepeare and Company.
I tried taking a photo of this without a flash and it came out without glare but it was fuzzy. Any suggestions? Maybe I need a better camera.

hey sis. you need to light your painting properly so that you can take a photo without a flash. this is hard to do if you don't have floodlights. you can go to ikea or a hardware store and get a few clamp lights with some high-wattage lightbulbs for pretty cheap.
If you are taking it upclose try to change your camera distance setting to the flower. See if that works :), Keely
